"I am so thankful to have crossed the path of such a knowledgeable instructor who continues with each Private I encounter in helping me rekindle that what was so loss, but now is rebirthed thru the strengthening. Daniella’s gift in having the ability to first understand this method, possess the patience in guiding and knowing that it is not how many reps, swiftness or ability to go "incorrectly" thru the motion to then falsely achieve. It is refreshing to work with someone who recognizes the differences in Gratz apparatuses and the foundational purpose of Mat work as well.   I attend 3x/wk and this is helping me as well as being able to gain the knowledge of helping others learn how to "Age Gracefully" through the use of this wonderful way of life.
