  • Pilates is for everybody. The beauty of the method is that it offers many exercises and modifications to fit your needs. Since we work solely on private instruction, you will get a safe workout to meet your body where it is today. Beginners are very welcome.

  • We recommend 1- 3 days a week. Some people choose to do once a week as a supplement to other movement practices, some choose to just do Pilates 2- 3 days a week. Consistency and practice are key to results.

  • Wear comfortable activewear that is fitted and that allows for you to move freely. Please avoid zippers as these damage the equipment. You can do your session barefoot, but we highly recommend the use of socks with sticky soles. We like Toe-sox brand.

  • We have water and a towel for you. Just bring your best energy and get ready to move : )

  • If you have a conflict with your schedule and need to cancel please contact us 24 hours prior to avoid being charged.

  • The studio is fully equipped with GRATZ Pilates equipment which is the company that follows the original specific dimensions Joseph Pilates intended for each apparatus. The system includes The Reformer, The Cadillac, The Electric Chair, The Wunda Chair, The Baby Chair,The Pedi-Pull, The Ladder Barrel, Spine corrector, small barrel.

  • We teach the principles and philosophies developed by Joseph Pilates that were handed down to his protege Romana Kryzanowska and her daughter Sari Mejia and her granddaughter Daria Pace. Romana and Sari both worked closely with Joseph Pilates and designed a training program to spread the method as Joseph Pilates intended.

    Romana’s Pilates is the leading International Certification Program. It requires a minimum of 700 hours of apprenticeship and successful completion of three stages of examination ( written and practical) to ensure competency and quality in all certified instructors.

  • Pilates is a form of exercise and body conditioning developed by Joseph Pilates early in the 20th century. Joseph Pilates named his method Contrology because it is the complete coordination of the body, mind and spirit. The Pilates Method uses a combination of exercises involving springs and body weight to strengthen and lengthen the body without adding bulk.

    As Joseph Pilates’ protege, Romana Kryzanowska worked closely with him to design a training program to spread the method as he intended.
